On this page, you get an overview about certain characteristics of our services. You will see the different tiers for each service kind and the skus, whic relate to the amount of credits needed, to use a service kind with a certain tier. Additionally, a list of models can be found, which you may select for services you want to consume. Each models also requires a different amount of credits. Read through the page to understand about these topics.

tiers

In genais social club, tiers specify certain features which can be used or not depending on the selected tier. We differentiate between the tiers and the service they relate to. So we have tiers for channel sessions and seperate ones for ai helper calls.

channel sessions

For channel sessions, four different tiers exist, namely free, standard, advanced and professional. The tiers build up on them, so you get more features in the next tier. See more details about them here:

genai chat messages

Genai chat messages have only one tier. We do not differentiate between different features, when chatting with a genai. A description of what this tier is shown here:

ai helper calls

AI Helper calls have only one tier. We do not differentiate between different features, when calling the ai-helper. A description of what an ai-helper can do is shown here:

  Call a specific ai model for helping in content creation.

  • select your favorite model like gemma, openai chatgpt, lamma3 and more

models

For the generation of responses, we permit multiple different models. These models can be selected before response creation for channels, but also for the ai-helper. This list is dynamic. Depending on circumstances, we add new models or drop some.

In the list, you find the model-names and the enterprises, that created the model. Different vendors are possible, whereas we only choose models, where the model cards and the general descriptions of the model show, that the model quality is high and certain security measures are given. Additionally you find links to the model-cards and the related huggingface page.

skus

Combining the tiers with models leads to a sku. It contains the credits amount which is needed, to fullfil a certain request of a service. In general, all services are running with a "pay-as-you-go" model, where you only pay for the usage of our services.

Mentioned pay-as-you-go means for the channel-sessions, that each generated response gets payed with credits. Once you stop the channel session, the last response gets finished and payed and then no more credits get consumed. AI-Helper-Calls get payed for each call you explicitly requested.

In general the prices listed in the following sections may vary over time. For example changes in pricing of our vendors may lead to the necessity for us to change our prices as well. Of course we do our best to keep the prices stable. See our terms and conditions for more details regarding pricing.

tiers without model selection

For the channel-sessions, you may choose standard or advanced tier, which will not permit you to choose between different models for the response generation. The model which gets used will be choosen by us. The required credits for these tiers can be found in the following:

In case you use tiers professional for channel-sessions, chat_direct for genai user chat responses or specific_helper for ai-helper-calls, you can switch the models for your response generation. Depending on the model, a different credit amount is needed to fullful the requested service. In the following you find the current prices for each model per tier and service-type:
